No offense intended, s-t, and none taken. It was I who made the most noxious deposit. My thought was one of a continuing thread for me, that is, amazement over what humankind hath wrought - responding to you but not directed at you.
It seems to me that everything we imagine, collectively, eventually becomes possible for us. To me, that doesn't mean we should stop thinking - even of potentially harmful things (as a category.) For good or evil, I tend to think of most largescale trends and events as value neutral: it's individual acts of kindness or cruelty I sometimes judge. I'm a hopeless relativist, in charge of my own actions guided by my own principals which have emerged through nature and nurture. I do try to come to conclusions before I vote, though. And I certainly have opinions.

StillT - Why would I want to delete your posts? The only posts I ever deleted here were by someone who slammed everybody in site and called them insulting names. You don't do that! Your posts are fine. Really. Keep on truckin'!
As far as the cloning topic goes...
I'd really like to clone myself so the clone could do the day job and I could work on my music and art and writing and establish Studio Eight LIVE!, a place where we could do spoken word and music shows, Cabaradio shows..... art shows.... a place where we'd have studios to work in .... a real place.... a presence in the world where visual artists and writers and musicians and theater people could congregate and collaborate.
Time is running out. I could use a clone. She could also act as my administrative assistant and do all the daily chores like yardwork and laundry.
Where the heck is my clone! I sorta also imagine this as a Dorian Gray story. She gets older, I stay young. hehe
Is that possible?
