Excellent in fact.

There are about 50% women in the asemblage.

I was looking at them, ladies my age or older, during kinhin, walking, sort of peeking out of the corner of my eye, they were gliding along.

My knees were killing me at the end ofr the day.

It was a challenge.

A whole retreat 4 days would be almost unattainable, I gotta go to work now, next time I attempt a zen retreat i'll stay over, and furthur wander into the void.

I got faith in it, tho. You can sit in a chair if needed.

Like the yazayazayaza with my eyes closed, sleeping never was so good!

Ah they are fast walking right now, I am slow waking up for the commute to work.

Kanzeon!
