yes, sir, everytime i pause and simply take care of myself - my example speaks louder than any of my words might.
heal myself, then consider healing others.
though when giving reiki it is often a simultaneous process - both involved in the healing creative circle.

yes it was quite a performance
great openings happenned
with the passing of the last full moon
today we have thick smoke all over central Florida
from brush fires to the north in Georgia
something about the phasing of the stars
and our emotional cycles
ebbed again
but still flowing
