Sunday Stream (137) ~ Buzzing of Being

Post by mtmynd » September 9th, 2007, 11:43 am

Buzzing of Being
go to the Buddha within
go to the Christ within
go to the Yahweh within
don't be without the within

go to the nirvana within
go to the great spirit within
go to the holy within
be whole within the wholeness

go to the center within
go to the beginning without end
go to the super consciousness
and you will transcend

go find your original face
go find your authentic place
go into the eternal space
that glues all life in one breath

go to the one true heaven
go thru the one true hell
go on going with a mission
far past the accepted illusion

step off the wheel
of numbing confusion
float the free falling
far from disillusion

listen for the bell
that rings the message
cracking all cacophony
for the singular presage

calling... calling... calling
without a sound echoing
thru the great silence
the truth within rebounding

I know what it feels like to be a lapsed Buddhist in the Bible Belt
lonely as a single breath
but you can only take one breath at a time
savor it
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

the problem i observe with the bible belt is no agreement on a buckle.

one inhalation at a time... one exhalation at time.... not dividing but being...

Arcadia, you asked: "It made me also wonder how it would be to go to the buddha et al without!?"

The meditation requires nothing, nada, i.e. 'without' (no baggage, no opinions, no doctrines, no preconceptions, only now)... one's surrender to instinct that there is some thing much greater than our own ego-life within giving freely asking for no thing. Like a candle in the darkness it gives only its light to awaken our true Being.

Gracias, amiga mia, for your comments.

Doreen! da buzz is not the was but the is - the biz within...
Thank you for buzzin' by! :)
