Sunday Stream (146) ~ Reality Clock

Post by mtmynd » January 6th, 2008, 12:49 pm

Reality Clock
Reality is... or is it? Reality 'are'... more are than is. “Is” is final, caught, defined within a moment, a portrait captured thru the chase of identity. Reality are all around, they encompass life thru the collectiveness of existence. Reality is not any(one) thing... not an article of matter that can be held but only beheld. Matter defines reality, reality is all that matter.
[truth weaves life into reality]
There is an experience called truth... it is attainable. Why has man held so high that which cannot be seen? This essence that our being follows is powerful. We are given our very lives by this connection to something beyond matter, something wonderful, something giving... giving us purpose, goals and gifts. Our being does not yet know this reality. A vast world with vast vistas to view... we have so much to know.

We're not sure of knowing that we should know. We don't have time to know... knowing takes time, knowing is time spent knowing. Time allows knowing to know thru observance - meditation on the outer and the inner. We find balance. Balance allows the mind to be free, to be at rest as long as the balance allows.

But mind kicks in again... it must be 'mind'. Mind has reality to attend, they are inseparable. Mind is the barrier, the safety net that keeps reality in check. It speaks of caution. That's what religion calls fear of god. the idea of dropping our mind is seen as thoughtless. You wanna go crazy? Then god himself must be crazy If one cannot 'go to god' without going crazy, then the journey should be with great mindfulness, before and during, knowing well the self. One's cup must be full in order to become fully empty, and mindfulness will fill it full.

The universe continues without judgment. Judgment comes from the mind, and mind defines our limits, one doubt at a time, one choice after another...

yin/yang
tick/tock
goes the brain
measuring matter
thru length
width and height
by light we choose
to satisfy mind

time counting time
mind keeping reality
in tune to truth
the beat of life
love in rhythm

ethers warmed by
fires of love
igniting life
in perpetuum
*
Light
illuminates reality
and
consciousness
becomes purified
empty and clear

Beautiful horizon to keep one's eyes on.

Wonderful poem.

You so full of gentle reminders that always make sense to me, click a little switch in my brain, illuminate.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse
