I am floating down stream
thinking about M-T's last stream
"pure consciousness"
I have long been interested in the molecular basis of consciousness
Pure consciousness, what would be a Buddhist metaphor for that?

It has been thirty years since I experimented with the molecular basis of my consciousness. But I still remember the observer, that bit of me that seemed to be not touched by the drug. A pure consciousness maybe, I don’t know what to call it. A consciousness of consciousness.
