Sunday Stream (255) ~ 10-10-10

Post by mtmynd » October 10th, 2010, 1:10 pm

10-10-10
any way you look at it
We, collective hu'manity, out of control, spinning, seeking, searching for 'the answer' to save us, the world, from some calamity that must be pending just over the horizon... an Armageddon of all Armageddon's even if you happen to be from another culture that has never heard of Armageddon... while we whistle in the darkness of the unknown hoping something from those quiet, lurking depths don't jump out and grab us by the throat and hold us hostage in a stinking dark room with a 4 watt bulb hanging by a cord like a hanged man while time just stops dead and we don't know what is going on beyond the scratched and stained door that others have tried in vain to open, to bang upon with their fists until bloodied beyond recognition with never a sound to be heard just on the other side...

Armageddon... that preordained disaster that is surely going to happen to the believers or else their god is a liar or they simply misread the silent message between the words... all things have their time and their ending for that is the way of Nature... the power and the glory that has made all that was, all that is and all that shall ever be to see, to feel, to embrace, smell and listen to when all else becomes silent within it's presence... this masterful master of all... Nature , the Tao of all Tao, the yin and the yang working in perfect harmony just as it has been for all eternity...

Armageddon, the Apocalypse, the End Times are the fears of a faint heart unawakened to the Light that shines deep within all life as we know it and more that we can only imagine... there is never an ending but our own foolishness that must grow weary with it's defense to be that which it can never attain but only dream of as the Truth... but Truth wrapped in lies and deceit shall never remain the Truth until the death of these falsehoods crawl in pain and misery to their graves and return to the dust of ages where in due time, according to Nature's path, will return in pieces to a life of probable abundance depending on the will of the beholder...

True abundance is all around us, given of life by Nature, the genderless force that gives home to all, and yet we betray the inner peace within thru our ego demands that insists upon delivering what? more lies, more deceit and more false promises based upon our weakness to fall prey to desires that will never hold true bliss and joy despite the whispering we hear in a mind gone wild with power given to it by our surrender to falsity.

Demand more of our lives by putting away the dreams and toys that have become idols of materialism built upon quicksand that will so disappear as does even that Aramgeddon despite the assurances from self-proclaimed profits twisting the Truth to fit their wallets... whose fear-laden words have no purpose other than to fatten their bellies from lies and untruths that even they falsely believe is divine... the fools fooling the foolish make only fools of followers.

Armageddon is a flawed concept. It suggests an absolute end with no rebirth.....No beginning....No end...

KR: "Armageddon is a flawed concept..."

Amen, amigo... "there is never an ending but our own foolishness that must grow weary with it's defense to be that which it can never attain but only dream of as the Truth..."

the coming end times disaster will be self-fulfilled. thanks Cec, good one. I gotta get myself back to NM/W. Tex. Can't take too many more of these 9-month NW winters... I'll work on it.

"the coming end times disaster will be self-fulfilled."

i fear you're right... those fundamentalists want the end times to happen on their watch for some peculiar reason... and i think the reason is pure unadulterated selfishness. not very god-like is it?

thx, mark... and the desert is calm and filled with solitude, still. ;)

Mtmynd, Keep these tasty items cooking in the soup on the internet!
I am filled with remembering a song "Tumbling Tumbleweeds". Do
you have any of those objects rolling your way? Am I metaphoring
the right desert?

Thank you, Steve, and so another has arrived for this Sunday, altho it is from years passed in poem form - Poetic Utterance.

Re: Tumbling Tumbleweeds... and indeed they do tumble with the spring winds, often with the dust giving them an extra dimension of curiosity as the dust envelops the tumbling weeds in a misty brown veil as the weeds have been uprooted and sent tumbling across the vastness spreading their seeds upon grounds but fertile and barren.
