Sunday Stream (122) ~ flippajeez

_________
We respond to thought. I use 'thought' as that thing, the image that crosses Mind, zipping along within the 'thought' process (although 'thinking' would really be the process, eh?). The stream of consciousness filled with abundance, all matter stems from consciousness. Why do we, each of us, individually, have that attraction to certain 'things' in the stream that we become attached to?

Why do we find a comfort, a feeling of being home, with the thoughts that we have? Even the most confused amongst us has time to 'fish the stream' - pull out and choose which fish is the nutrient Mind needs for Body to survive, even marginally. But there is where we get some of our nourishment - mental food.

We are all different, like snowflakes, our own identity, our own necessity for being here 'then, now, when'. Our eye-prints, finger prints, voices - all the senses are taking in information for Mind to fulfill what we are. This fulfilling is our becoming - reaching upwards/inwards to blossom and spread our essence into the ethers. It is Life, it is giving...

We fish in the common stream, our senses reaching out and taking what we do. Life is an abundant stream of matter both physically and cognitively.

Wealth nourishes (confusion) ... wealth is measured by numbers - how many zeros follow the numbers, how many square feet of living space, how many cars, how many numbers did you exchange for 'that'?. We're 'counting' on you... Our clocks ticking away the numbers... we run and run by the clock to grab from the stream as much as we can - there is so much Mind becomes cluttered. Mind is overworked... too much to process. More and more the numbers add up around us. We're choking on our numbers. It's all we can see. They're everywhere: numbers of roses in the vase, the number of guests at the party, the number of shoes... we accumulate and accumulate... He who dies with the most wins is the goal. Who can reach their grave with the most numbers? Our speed measured with speed-ometers, our cooking measured by how many numbers of heat units it'll take to cook 'this'... we are wealthy. Mind seemingly not ever getting enough, but Mind is human. Overworked, over-stuffed, over stimulated, Mind stresses. Drawing it's energy from other part of body, body soon starts breaking down. Mind finds that it needs Body.

A decision is reached. Mind must surrender to Body in order for Mind to operate efficiently. Energy soon is restored to all functions, and a sense of peace surrounds us. We are home again.

When Body & Mind are in balance, Consciousness is realized. Basking in the comfort between the balance of Body and Mind, we are clear and receptive to Soul's presence. No numbers are needed here, this zone of Peace.

The Wholly Trinity - Body, Mind, Soul united, in balance, at ease... no more choices, no more decisions, no more speed and worry, Body and Mind fuel up from the source, where all streams go - the Oceanic, where all existence is encompassed within the Spirit of wholeness.

Life takes on new meaning. Refreshed and relaxed we return to the stream, only now we realize that no matter how many numbers we attain it is to One that we are returning...

A particular favorite piece of mine, nite daze shows in the upper right corner a hot air balloon (the hot air of b.s.?), in an observational position, above the night clouds, looking down upon our fair planet, where anthropomorphic forms are symbolic of we humans disguised by what we think we believe we are or have become. Below that is the seashore where we life forms have come from, washed ashore billions of years ago to plant our roots and take hold of our terra firma. Below in the blue sea are the varying levels of sea life extending down to the sea bed where the mixture of life and death continue, perhaps birthing a new species that will one day crawl up on the beach and set their own roots into the soils of earth.

The use of bright colors has a cartoon quality about it that I favored as the theme is really the comic reality of ourselves and how seriously we take ourselves, while the Truth lies in silence beyond the reality we judge to be truth.

A 2X click should enlarge the image, if so interested...
