He is searching for a way, maybe a method, for translating a scream into art. Not a depiction of a screamer (a la Munch). Not a vocalization to music (a la Plant of Zeppelin). But an immediate transmission of the force and agony of an wail of misery. An expiation of emotion. A poem cannot do it. Maybe the only substitute is a symphonic or cacophonic move in music. Neither cultivated nor primal; the essence of the intersection of love and time . . . .
