the only scapegoat in this debacle is the american people. if ever there was a time for churches to burn, this would be it. if ever there was a time to lock down retirement communities, this would be it. THIS is the reason that people become disenfranchised with the system. seriously, i never want to vote again. i only want to burn dc. how can so many people be so blindly fucking stupid? i really dont understand it.

I can't stop weeping and sobbing. I can't believe, nor can I accept what has happened.
This country has blown it, and the the deadliest explosion will be the truth realized too late.
We've a huge huge pasture of cows for slaughter in the midwestern section of this country. Like Cecil, I always think that people are smarter than they are. They are not.
Firsty, I'm with you, sucede the blue states from the union immediately!
But being as that would probably never happen, (even though it should and I think it's what "God" wants), I'm thinking Canada looks real good..... (and that "God" thinks that's a good second idea.)

Shame on and fuck you to anyone who voted for Bush and anyone connected with him. When the next four years takes away everything you had, (like the last 4 have done for me), it will be too late for all of us.
I only hope that if Osama Bin Laden is real, and not the friend of George Bush's that I think he is, he'll remember the blue states, and leave them alone.

Anyone wanna bet on how long it will take for Bush to call out the draft? He won't call it that, he'll come up with a new name for it...but...well, any bets?
Today is a terrible day in America.
And more terrible days, certainly to come.
I'm enraged, and crying, and PROUD OF IT

hey hester... same here. i struggled through a busy day at work today, and i rushed into my house with my face tear-stained. i'm not kidding when i say i grieve. maybe the worst part is that those red states--most of the populations of the red states--fucked themselves and everyone else.

i can't forget the responses i get when i mention the innocent casualties of war: "good! they deserved it!" these are the people fucking themselves and everyone else.

this is america. democracy here is a complete sham. people will someday read about this in their history books and shake their heads at it like we shake our heads at the great tyrannies of the past.

i can't believe the american people have done this, and i'm not even talking about the cheating in ohio and florida. if the people had voted intelligently and compassionately, those two states wouldn't have been so crucial. the race was not supposed to be this close.

i can't stop crying, either. there have been a lot of blurred lines today. i also proposed, last night, even, that the nation be divided into two--that consisting of the blue states and that consisting of the red states. just let me get out of this red state first. living and working with family and bosses/a coworker who avidly support bush is really choking me. there is no place for me here. and i'm definitely out of the country as soon as i graduate in 2 years.

well folks

what can i say. it's obvious one of two things happened:

1) the whole thing is a sham

2) around 20-25% of your countrymen and women are absolute morons, selfish warmongers and greedy fat pigs who voted for 4 more years of "rich get richer" and "America rapes the world"...it would be funny if it wasn't so goddamn "end-times"-scary

Canada is waiting for you.

both are true. i've read many articles about the machine fuckups, the republicans turning away minorities (who very much supported kerry), the republicans throwing away democrats' ballots...

and the unbelievable fact that this race was so close. i can't believe bush got more votes than nader, as unpopular as nader is as a presidential candidate.

it's all over. this nation truly is a source of evil.

End Voting

from Salt Lake City to Savannah, las vegass to lynchburg, the beer guzzlin', bible-thumpin,' NASCAR watchin,' TV dinner eatin,' walmart goin', smith n wesson totin', kountry-muzak luvin', phlag wavin' redneck hordes can not be stopped....At least Herr Coors, the Beer Nazi, lost in CO....

The solution is to restrict voting to a few groups, such as people that have finished Candide, or have a copy of Beyond Freedom and Dignity stuffed under their sleeping bag, or chant Hail Osiris during copulation, or possess a collection of Sun Ra CDs, or have bookmarked ShoveSomethin'uptheAzzofJesusNow.org. And definitely prevent anyone who drives Fords, has a nascar video, attends a protestant church, or goes to Walmart from entering polling booths.....

then we'll be on the way my bruthers n seesters!

Very good advice, amigo.

You left out those who can come up with at least three Hannah Arendt quotes . . .

It has been a terribly difficult week for me, dealing with this election.
I can't understand why, when we can see innocent people, innocent saintly people, people maybe just like you, pleading for their heads not to be cut off that this isn't devastating to more of us.
We are so desensitized, and I am constantly hammered by folks, for being too sensitive? Why?
This is the biggest nightmare of all. People don't get it. It's all a video game or something to them. It's about committing heinous crimes, and absolving them via being a christian. Yessiree, let's give those molesting catholic priests even more power!
I wish I were a computer whiz. I'd invent a video war game starring God. Now wouldn't that be controversial? Gee, maybe folks might feel it was the right thing to do to buy it, and make God kill off everyone who didn't believe in the "right" faith.....It could be called, Sunday school! at home! Whoo eee! It might even make me rich enough to run in 2008!
