dichotomies and decisions
jesus take the wheel
buddha hands
cool on my stool

everybody gets them

circular vision
thermodynamics
no free brunch
I dream better
or remember better
when I don't get stoned everyday
sweet dreams of
childhood sobriety
happiness crutch
got to limp along
when I can no longer run
saving the meds for emergencies
but I don't know nothing
and them trains keep coming
sunday morning and I am stoned
because I busted my ass for the yankee dollar
and I can afford to take the day off if I don't really need
to buy a camera that will take the pictures of the trains that
roll by here every half hour as I sit and type some days and try to write bull shit haikus because my FOO Dog's bladder is busting cause the clock is ticking and it is nine am and the morning coolness is fading fast and I need to get outside the door because it seems impossible to write a ku unless I haul my lazy ass out the front door out of this monks cave I hide from the world of nature
