I had to look it up.
Perhaps you spelled it wrong?
I found pentaplegia which is a type of cerebral palsy.
http://www.originsofcerebralpalsy.com/0 ... plgia.html
The terms “pentaplegia” or “full body involvement” are used in cases where the head and neck are also affected.
Is that the word mean?

I made the word up thinking it would be easy to leap from quadriplegia to pentriplegia which would be complete paralysis to include my...errr...the head. Maybe I should change it to quadriplegia but actually I just read your link so I think you've nailed it with pentaplesia. I'll read more and think it over (if I can get this brain to work) Thanks

well you're only one letter off from a real word! Pretty darn good!
quadripalegia would make it more accessible to the reader since it's a word I think most people know.
i am that turtle lately.
can barely leave the house.

Thanks D,
Ya know, you can not get paid just as easily at the beach as in front of your puter. Put out a few sheckles for a quality massage while you're at it.

PS 7-24-08 ultimately this was not suppose to be about the definition of a word so I'm backing out (again) and hitting the road with quadriplegia. We'll see how this plays in Topeka.
