I have a picture of me
in front of just everything
oh look ~ there's me

what if there weren't
documentation
that you were everywhere

I see quite enough of me
every morning
with a toothbrush in my mouth

my parents did not own a camera
but even on a sailor's salary I bought
my first nikon. but never took a picture of myself
I mean, I was living in Key West.....my face was second rate
