Old Irish proverb --

"May those who love us love us.
And those that don't love us,
May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles,
So we'll know them by their limping."

Buy the truth and never sell it. somethng like that paraphrase from Proverbs. That may be a koan. Don't know much about Zen. But I been pondering that ever since I heard an old time Quaker with the hat with the huge rim and small crown. Like a cowboy yamulke. Since I heard him say it over thirty years ago. Peace I need proverbs about peace. How about woody allen, the lion will lie down wiht the sheep, and the sheep won't get no sleep.

The trouble with bible quotes is they can take you to places yu really don't want to go.
