HEY-- SP-P-E-E-EDBAG BABY !!

Great to see ya here.

Is your spoken Russian improving?

Your friend, and thanks,
as usual chum, for your kind comment.

You and I will have to fetch out a little allegory or two for this joint.

Doreen ( who owns this little StudioEight palace) is a fine lady indeed, wide open to artsy ideas.

Later,

Thank you, S.H.:

Nice to see you here. Another episode of this comic strip is coming-- next week.

Loved the BB interview. Reminded me of Paris in 73-75.

Your friend,

Come to think of it, I can't recall any other comic featuring two old men as central characters.

Old age is a neglected dramatic topic in most modern storylines.

Except for like...Beckett, and Italo Svevo, and Norman Mallory!

Always great to see you here, S-bagger.

Old age is neglected because most cartoonists aren't geezers like me, I suspect.

But I think I may have more hair than Seth-- who knows? Who's counting?

I do have the g-damned arthritis in some of my fingers. Makes playing the guitar harder.

Otherwise, most things work about the same as when I was 30. Some "things" work better. Thanks to medical science.

Always your friend,

"Zlatko"

after the first 20 miles of clearly marked trail, what will happen. Will there be a burning bush? (oh, i digress...shall wait for next installment)

EPISODE 3:

( special note): Dear Herman Utix fans:

Among the thousands of e-mails I receive every week from grateful fans for the continuing saga of "The Good Professor", I simply must share a few very, very special ones this week from a very special source:

President George W. Bush!

"Comic Strips like these help the WAR ON INTERNATIONAL ERRORISM (WOIE)-- stay the course!"

"If we fight 'em with comic strips like this one here, we won't have to fight them with comic strips there!"

"Comic strips like these never cut and run."

"As a mass medium, comics are Weapons of Mass Description in defeating ERROR. Don't debate yourself. KEEP DRAWING!"

Our Story:

The scene shifts to the hideout of The Errorists . . .)

Keanu doing Tennyson has always been my preferred form of aural sex crime.
