A few sketches from my working notebooks-- most made last night.
First group:
LA SKETCH CLUB:
Just me, my sketchbook, my pencils and twelve other artists crammed into a fellow painter/illustrator's small studio. Naked dancers-- the best models-- in very creative poses. All drawings were made in 5-7 minutes-- then the pose changed-- the dance continued . . .
Final drawing: An informal portrait of Boris -- my big kitty-- in the sketchbook.
All: graphite and Prismacolor on paper.
