Jam # 2 Dreamers Chasin Rainbows In The Darc

Dreamers in the darc
chasin rainbows
with a spark of imagination
trying not to get lost
on life's highways
have to pay the cost
for being different and afraid
of the light of day
driving their illusions away

PS. The DARc dreamers love you all so come see us in the DARC, we seldom bite, lol. Good night all

I'm cheating on this one. I wrote this many moons ago but the picture made me think of it.

Fly bold into the night, my friend,
and let your spirit soar.
For on your dreams you must depend;
renounce who came before.

A new dawn lies in wait for you,
there at your beck and call.
Your rainbow's end will shine what's true;
the gem who's meant to fall.

So let loose of the sorrow felt
from ties that bind your mind,
and know the aforesaid has dealt
with hopes you left behind.

The morning sun will blaze its light
to pierce the flow of tears.
The arc of color lies in sight;
your pot of gold appears.

rainbow brite would spit in spite
if she could see what you have done.
Taken the darc and made it spark
without the glory of the sun.

So now we seal our darcened fate
and mock the mornings rays.
The poets pen forever swims
in ink pressed from our broken ways.
Under no circumstance should I be trusted.

Rain Belle, Rain Beau
hues glittering
as May's drops flow;
There's reds violets
blues and greens--
a bowl of chronic
and antihistamines

Night mare Dreams fade to light
trouble sleep recedes
Time to greet another day
and pull the knee high weeds
that grew within a fertile mind
broken by the glaring light
just something to kill the time
until another darc night.
comes to ease my mind

I walked into the darcness once
no several times
but the rainbow always pulled me back
at least to the indigo
where my ego is shredded
by the dawn
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

Plectrum with the Spectrum--
Shimmer the Shindig glow:
hail one pleasing phase of Chaos,
Eris with a mayan banjo

A rainbow
after the rain
smells
like hope to me
though I may be
soaked to the skin
I can still smile
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse
