I took two delicacies
and served them to myself
this afternoon

one was a sweet eclair
full of the dare of
possibilities

the other was
last night's moon

nothing like such a
tender duet
to satisfy
my senses

tonight i'm planning
on speaking in past
and future tenses

two by two
i offer you
my thoughts

i throw them out
and hope they
will be caught

and I served myself a treat
wasn't something sweet
nothing to eat
it was a moment to sigh
as I gazed at the clear blue sky.

Whooo hooo I'm here!! Yea yea, I know..big dang deal woman! LOL Ok...so I've got several duets going at my home, DARC, and company for a few hours tonight, but I WILL RETURN!
