Who is Natalie Portman?

I'm pretty cut off from mainline civilization.

She must be important or there wouldn't be pictures of her "bare foot"
( sic), I assume the post means "barefoot", on the Internet.

For instance, are there pictures of Golda Meir or Madeleine Albright (Maria Jana Korbelova) or Janet Reno barefoot on the Web?
