Johnny D/ Johnny W. dying because sifilis in the arms of his wife and the church and finally helping the King. (That's the end). There are also remarkable lines too.

"Do you like me now?"

"Do you like me...now?"

Do I?

I wonder.

a miserable tale of self destruction and mutilation of soul with a sliver of hope, a scant sliver...in other words...true to life.

the best line...

"Show me our Lord Jesus in agony and I mount the cross and steal his nails for my own palms"

This movie is a downer! But has it's value in that it leaves you to think...and I think how sad some lives can be and the things done simply to just sustain.

If only troubled lives could be healed by a hug.
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse
