Diary-Chuck Paluniuk
read it. you won't put it down. It's not that the book is really that good. The story line is recycled from bits of other stories he's written... it has that same double-reality quotient that he's so popular for. The fact is, he knows how to string a reader along. His novels are like car accidents... you can't stop looking. I won't talk about the book b/c I know I'll spoil it. I'll just say... dig that book. Alter your consciousness with it. See where your imagination takes you, w/his writing as the guide. Onward!
sometimes I just like to breathe.

gotta love chuck. diary was not my favorite but i still enjoyed it. check out invisible monsters (my second favorite) or fight club (my first).
i thought invisible monsters was going to be made into a movie. on the one hand i don't know how they could do it as the narrator/protagonist has most of her face blown off for the enitre book. on the other hand, if a good director can get on board. . .
