Are you kidding me? I'm a huge fan. I saw him give a reading in Chicago last summer when he read his short story Guts. Got to talk with him for a minute and shook his hand. Very generous guy.

I liked Diary a lot. Not as much as Fight Club but better than Survivor.

He's got a great voice. Invisible Monsters is supposed to be coming out as a movie sometime in 2005, maybe in the summer. So I guess I'll read that one soon.

You might want to check out http://www.chuckpalahniuk.net which is kind of his official website. I think they are going to become a pay site as of the first of the year. It's a little difficult to navigate, but worth it.

I have to admit that I've never polished boots, but if the money was right, hey, what the hell.
