I only read by Rimbaud in spanish translation oración de la tarde, el barco ebrio, iluminaciones and una temporada en el infierno. And I don´t remember anything consciously!!!!!!!

im reading it in english but the french is there.

now that you mention it, the cover of my Flores del mal is very nocturnal. A kind of old misterious grabado of a rastrera plant of globulous leaves and multiple tulip flower in different tones of old pink, purple and grey. They don´t look as amapolas. It has a preliminar studio by Enrique López Castellón titled "Baudelaire o la dolorosa complejidad de la moral" with a Jakob Boehme epígrafe.

I have another translation that preserves the rhyming scheme (which now seems to have been eaten alive by the bookcase. I hate it when my books go missing.)

wow!! the flowers have a central part in this cover. In mine they are in the right-upper part, they are strangely tangencial. The book looks more that Las hojas del Mal than Las flores del Mal!!!!!!!!! :shock:. I´ll took a photo later. No idea about the rima, I never tried to read the original french to compare.
