the danish director, carl dreyer, directed this gem in 1927 i believe. i think it is a work of profound beauty. dreyer elevates the vampire motif into high art. if you want or expect gore and pyrotechnics you will not be satisfied. if you're interested in cinema as art, you will find it remarkable - at least i did. it is in the public domain and can be watched for free. google it and it should lead you to the appropriate link. his joan of arc is another masterpiece.

yes. it's only around an hour long or so.
