For the satire? Probably, I can understand people keeping upset about it. I'm not familiar with the situation, so I don't want to comment too much, but I think losing one's employment over satire is a little extreme. But then again, as they say in the film Ridicule, the first rule of witticism is to know one's place.

I think it was something were she I guessed she named a teddy bear Mohammad and this made a whole lot of people not too happy.
