cow's milk? eeeew, it's a bodily fluid. it's meant to go from mother cow to baby cow, and not for any other creature to drink it, let alone pasteurize it. we are the only species in the history of the planet who

a) imbibes the milk of a species other than our own
b) isn't weaned off it in infancy

soy milk or rice milk is all i ever keep in my fridge. it's delicious on cereal or in coffee, and especially in fruit shakes. i used to make my own nut milk - almonds is the best! just throw some slivered or crushed almonds into the blender with ice cold filtered water and voila!
