I suppose I need to re-read it too. Been thirty three years since I read it the summer I was on the beach in Morro Bay California. I do remember that I enjoyed it. That's all.

i've also recently re-read the same book. brilliant prose, completely takes you along for his ride, the experience of reading that book must be similar to what kerouac felt riding in a car driven by neal. it is really a visceral experience.
and knowing i'm so eager to fight cant make letting me in any easier.
