shalom judih

are you gonna go the wailing wall now?
ah you said tel aviv, not jerusalem
ahem well i would not be a frequent flyer either
i'd be spending my praying time down at the sheik's crypt
and wail at the wall omce in a blue moon

i have been developing a spiritual side
which does not oppose my sensual side
and would love to give you some of my energy
down by the sheik's crypt
a spiritual exchange of energies
called up from the underground stream
into the present moment satori\

shalom jack

now i know how you got the inspiration for the kid
giving the bird

what goes around comes around
likewise for sure

stick around
the best is yet to come
when we see you coming
down to the sheik's crypt
shaking and singing
rocka my soul in the bos·om of abraham
oh rocka my soul
i'm on a survival mission
yo ho ho an a bottle of rum om

Ya I wail at walls
I wail at cats
I wail at birds
If only wailing were
Silent
As a zen masters mind
I would wail at flowers
If it would do any good
Mostly though
I just wail
Like Charlie Parkers' eternal
wail

meanwhile, back at the wall,
the ones who do such things cleaned out the old prayers,
making way for new ones.
Passover's the season - get your wailing on
We're headed to the first night of 8 day passover, starting wed eve.

after watching movies of that happy day ending 400 yrs of slavery, it kinda makes me re-think living in this place. As if i could move away when it took so bloody long to get here. hmmm.

orange blossoms are in full fragrance, amazing songbirds wake me at 6:00
saturday morning - quiet.
no wails today, no cries today, but the day is young

april 30th - taking with me a stack of prayers for you. if you believe, cool, if you don't cool. (can't hurt to add some wishes into the collective wish-pool)

shalom jimbo
Abraham? I think he changed his name from something else because it sounded too ethnic. (I hope there is a joke in there somewhere) cause I never know my sense of humor autistic.
I feel a powerful connection to the modern nation of Israel jimbo but I feel no desire to got there, well no more desire than I do to visit the walls in Sumer and Ur, other towns in the near east. What ever happened to the near east, when did people start calling the middle East?
If I don't make any sudden moves my head does not hurt. painful to look at this screen, on here day and night the past few days, but I never had too much fun. Waiting for sunrise, a certain light I noticed yesterday coming through my sister's kitchen window. Yelllow, mellow. I was born before Israel became a brand name.
Like I said I support Jews and would not do anything to arm their enemies, but Israel is just this government you know.

And it is judih's home. So I sure do wish it well no matter how stoopid their politicians are.

I hope you all have a good holiday.

"come back to us Barbara Lewis hare Krishna Beauregard"

I don't know nothing anymore, I never did know anything I just thought I did.

I don't know what it is to be a Jew anymore, it just a family tradition passed down from mother to daughter these past few hundred generations. What did the ancient Hebrew children know about mitochondrial DNA?

is it time to say
High jack again
sorry for ramble

Thinking about the song
"I have never been to Spain" for some reason
Thinking about a mingo lingo bit about
Annie Oakley and hotdogs
and Martin Buber
I and Thou

artguy

it is a whale of a wail I have read

I have heard it said that there is a force you can feel behind that wall.

getting near a wall that has absorbed so many vibrations, fervent prayers and hopes is no small thing.
if you're empathic, you need to approach slowly.

happy b-day jim,
happy lifetime, still
graffiti on walls, kurt
saturday eve approaches

i gotta say first i feel a divine love for you both gushing forth
from the underground stream as th wailing song
hums along with old woman river my sweet muse
with silken grasses and a ring in her nose
ah sweet light a prayer for no sudden dawn
a gentle arising no swan song at day's end taps

i love a woman
she is seventy
black as a zulu
tall as one too
she tells me i am useless
i tell her i like to work
up under her
she laughs and smiles right at me
and she knows i would too
i tell her it just takes a little blue pill
on blueberry hill
for a thrill
mercy we carry on

beyond that frivolty
i cannot say

however
i do want america to strongly urge israel to not repeat the massive air wars onto gaza and greater lebanon

the tragic suffering that hamass holds its own people with
is not their fault
they were swept aside by the tidal wave of zion
flooding the valleys and hills all the way to the river jordan

i don't say it is against god
but when the dust has settled,
the ten suggestions might hold more sway
amen to a more ceative way

here are two links for you

True Talk Arab Muslim talk with Samar Jarrah and Ahmed Bedier.

the lady was born in Gaza, now lives here in tampa Bay

Sunday Simcha The Sunday Simcha runs the gamut in Jewish entertainment and information: music, local announcements, weekly Dvar Torah, interviews, and the occasional political rant. The audience has grown over the years and includes many non-Jews as well. The music is an eclectic mix, including Klezmer, Chassidic, Israeli, Yiddish, Ladino, Mizrachi, and contemporary. The Sunday Simcha is heard every Sunday in the Tampa Bay area and beyond on WMNF - 88.5 FM from 12-2 PM. The show is hosted by Kevin Frye and Marc Rosenwasser. Kevin and Marc took the helm of the show after their friend Mike Eisenstadt, the show’s host for 20 years, passed away in October 2005. Kevin is also the leader of The Mike Eisenstadt Band.

both here plus seven hours to oz = 1800 or 6 pm friday
friday eve and 1900 or 7 pm sunday eve

with true talk you would have a connection with a palestinian woman here in america who is from gaza
she is not a rabid person just one who bears the pain of her people

sinday simcha is fun
