I have to take your word for that. I don't know what I am hearing when I listen to music. I just like the noise it makes. But I am a lyrics freak.

Judih, I, too, thank you for the Joni Mitchell link. Joni's a great musician and lyricist and I really have enjoyed her music through the years...

she's got a haunting way with melody. And Canadian. The woman's iconic. But i can only deal with her on occasion. I prefer k.d. lang

...thoroughly enjoyed joni video...she has it (what year is this?).....checked out her doing "california"
on dulcimer back in '70 on youtube amazing voice, a natural....thanks judih.

how is her voice so smooth when smoking is supposed to corrupt the sound? it's amazing
