An old friend of mine is a physician. In his own way he does Zen. He practices the art and science of medicine. A good man. A woman who has COPD goes to the emergency room complaining of having an anxiety attack. The nurse on duty calls him to prescribe some tranquilizer. He checks the patient out but does not prescribe the meds. Turns out she is smoking even though she is on Oxygen. She removes the Oxygen mask and takes a puff and puts the mask back on. He tells her that what she is experiencing is not anxiety but fear. And fear is all she has got going.

I woke up in the middle of the night in houston texas back in 1984. In my dream I had stopped breathing. I woke up in terror gasping for breathe.

Not sure what this has to do with anything.

Except that meditation has a lot to do with breathing right?

Take care of yourself. You are a good man. How do I know? Easy you have a good woman by your side.

I need to rewrite that bit in blue. Probably this whole text box for errors and typos.
