Long black dress
high black boots

I thought of her today and smiled.

Long time I have not been able to smile for her.

But today I did.

Sunny warm day in Early March, don't get no better weather than this.

Silent woman you know I love you but Jesus loves you best.

I also thought about Easter today and felt a sense of dread. Passover too.
My mind wanders back to the way I was when silent woman dressed herself in black.
I was a sorry excuse for a man. I needed to be reborn, Dr Hoffman's bike ride gave me an opening, and I read the Good Book, and Nietzsche too, and it was also biblical. And I pretended to believe. I was so good at pretending I even fooled myself. Fooled myself.
