as real as it gets for me
on a Sunday morning
start the coffee maker
let my foo dog out
get the morning paper
drink coffee
read the paper
Sunday Comics
Opus first.
Go to Editorial page
Editorial Cartoon first.
Look for the columns of my favorite pundits I love to hate and spit on their pictures
Like a Zen spitting a cleansing a laxative for my anger

I got the habbit from my grandmother
She bubbie could not mention H*tler's name
he was always refered to as "him"
and then she would spit as if to clean the thought of him out of her mind.

Sit down at the computer and waste another day of summer vacation.
Hell my whole life is a summer vacation
Thank you FDR.

Get real jack
you ain't living long like this.

He deals with the forlorn rags of old age

Image

he talks to his sister on the phone
forgot to ask to speak to her husband to find out what he meant aboot "knocks me off"

Remember's that he has not taken his meds or ate breakfast yet.

Mind wanders to remote consciousness
twenty years to another breakfast

Might be a snip here
Call it
The Sins Of the Fathers.

The kid was paying for the sins of his mother's fathers

She was a woman with issues
He was her son
maybe four or five years old
he used to love breakfast
he looked so happy when she gave him his bacon and eggs

He is in his twenties now and hardly ever eats breakfast
and I wonder if he rembers when he lost his appetite

TO avoid getting back to work he googles definitnion of

Disingenuous

More boring details later
life gets

Lunch break
I am on the Ludwig Wittgenstein diet

I don't really hock one on the newspaper editorial page, just very discrete patooey. And I always wait till I am finished reading before I do.

I guess this guy is my favorite target.

Working at my part time gig with the Rosewater foundation

I am trying to make some extra money to cover my final expenses.

Reading Bertrand Russell A Free Man's Worship and hoping I won't have to be cremated.

Just in case the dead do know something.

Well my foo dog is hungry
and I am out of Spam
go to the handy andy
my shopping list
spam and Bugler rolling papers

then back to
"This is the Rosewater Foundation, how may I help you."

Sounds interesting Bertie and I bet you could have proved it to me too. But I can't help wondering if perhaps the dead do know something?

Some distant quantum consciousness
A final act of free will,
a choice
of
A Free Man's Worship

Lunch break
I am on the Ludwig Wittgenstein diet

I don't care more about it before it's dead.

Sneezing
Reading the newspaper

George Will, I hardly ever spit on him, but even so.
I wonder just how rational free marketers really are.

Eating breakfast, tacos. Drinking diet coke, or something like it.
A thought-terminating cliché

Sneezing sneezing sneezing
sniffling

turning off radio cause it is going to be a slow news day.

If you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere
"consequently New York is filled with people who can't make it anywhere else." Including the editors of the New Yorker magazine.

I saw the cover and thought oh boy I should post that, but I just didn't have the stomach for it. But somebody will post it pretty soon and show nuff Mr. needle man
jumped on it.

Mostly feeling regret this morning

I got Poster's remorse real bad for calling out Cecil.

I wish I could make that whole thread go away.

A mistake. If I had to have posted it I Should have at least posted it here
not on general.

Good morning America
good morning to all the ships at sea
and to atheists in foxholes every where

Sweating

That oven heats my apartment like a furnace.
Air on, fan blowing but can't keep up with a humid sanantonio night.

I shall earn my pie by the sweat of my brow

What a curse, it is all a woman's fault
Why are women... so much more interesting to men than men are to women?
- Virginia Woolf
Whatever the Bell Jar is to feminists, for me it is a story about a mother and daughter.

And I look at my sister's life, her mother her self.

Thinking of Plath's sweet letters home to her mother, and her Medusa poems speaking of her mother's snakey tentacles reaching across the Atlantic to entangle her.

Thinking about the pressure Rose was putting on her daughter for a grand child. Marriage, marriage, when are you going to get married.

Happiness is a warm gun or if you are a mother it is a doctor for a son in law.

And Freud said that happiness is the fulfillment of a childhood wish, ah well, oh well

Rose got her grandchild, it is all working out for the best, meanwhile I have used my last rolling paper as I think of Virginia Wolfe walking on a beach with her pockets full of rocks.

I sure am twittering away a lot of time here today on studio eight.

I wonder why, I guess it must be for the money.
