I walk a lot, I do at least 5 to 6 fifteen minute walks daily, and I thought I was in pretty good condition...leg muscle wise, but...that twenty-five blocks just kicked my azz, lmao.

Seriously, heart going quick, upper legs burning and my azz really did take a cruising. I guess I gotta get in shape more often.

Good news though, at least I recovered quickly. I could do it again today, maybe two more times. If I ride a couple times a week, maybe I'll have two good leg muscles.

My bike is rusted the gears. Needs work. My legs are t0o short for the frame and the seat hurts my butt. It was a gift from my older brother I am three inches taller than him but my height is between my waist and my head. He has longer legs. I seldom used to ride it because it was so uncomfortable.
