Makes me so happy to watch.
All I's got is a bicycle.

LOL, I was gonna invite you along, to ride on the handlebars, but guess you've already got one to cruise with. ppp

I walk a lot, I do at least 5 to 6 fifteen minute walks daily, and I thought I was in pretty good condition...leg muscle wise, but...that twenty-five blocks just kicked my azz, lmao.

Seriously, heart going quick, upper legs burning and my azz really did take a cruising. I guess I gotta get in shape more often.

I am practicing for a heart attack. Polishing up my gallows humor. I am a walking heart attack. Name a risk factor and I got it.

In real time I been trying to get up and dance to the music as much as I can

Good news though, at least I recovered quickly. I could do it again today, maybe two more times. If I ride a couple times a week, maybe I'll have two good leg muscles. :P

Anyway, yes I like your humor.

Thanks for the tunes.

Someday I might take dancing lessons, too, just like you are trying out for. You're a better dancer now, but...

Here's a pic of my bike as suggested.

My bike is rusted the gears. Needs work. My legs are t0o short for the frame and the seat hurts my butt. It was a gift from my older brother I am three inches taller than him but my height is between my waist and my head. He has longer legs. I seldom used to ride it because it was so uncomfortable.

I was sorry to hear about your family cemetery.
Thanks for chatting me
It helps a lot.

I wish I could be kinder.
