too many rats
nobody crammed them in the box
they fucked their way into hell
When I first read about the rat box study fifty years ago I imagined beatnik rats, wearing berets and dark sunglasses, something he wrote about a "bohemian" lifestyle some rats adapted to.

why am I so interested in rats
I just like that line "rats on the fritz"
that is a brilliant twist of language and I missed it

I got forty five posts about dead rats with maggots, about my wandering childhood along the water front and back alleys of Baltimore.
