Three Scarlet Letters

Postby diesel dyke » Wed May 25, 2005 7:08 am

"Yes, I hate him!" repeated Hester, more bitterly than before. "He betrayed me! He has done me worse wrong than I did him!"

Let men tremble to win the hand of woman, unless they win along with it the utmost passion of her heart! Else it may be their miserable fortune, as it was Roger Chillingworth's, when some mightier touch than their own may have awakened all her sensibilities, to be reproached even for the calm content, the marble image of happiness, which they will have imposed upon her as the warm reality. But Hester ought long ago to have done with this injustice. What did it betoken? Had seven long years, under the torture of the scarlet letter, inflicted so much of misery, and wrought out no repentance?

I wonder if hawthorne ever considered that the mightier hand could be on the arm of a woman.

the willing domesticity of the blond bitch? - Holy Jesus Chrysler! I ain't even finished my first cup of coffee yet and come plowing right into this! WOW! Yazurs! Minkya! Texas! Blond Bitch country if I ever seen it! I could riff off this 'til noon!
I married a natural blond - and I use that term as description of physical attributes only - we bought a '59 Ford Fairlane and raced off to Cali - truth be told it was an unalloyed adventure of eskimos in the desert -

Thx for the Joni - i hear she is the last of the world's great smokers -
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

the Blond Bitch is what her professors' wives called her at Smith College.

glad you like that bit, makes me feel good because I dig your writing so much, makes me feel I like I paid you back a little

Kerouac said he was writing to redeem himself, somebody here on studio eight wrote she always thought redemption was a given.

Somebody wrote that Jack wanted to see himself safe in heaven dead. If I was Catholic I would think about him as a saint. If I was a Buddhist I would think about him that way too.

As I am neither I think about him as a friend I never met.
I guess I write to understand myself a little better.

they say that psycho blonde bitches were not born that way, it was men that made them so.
Could some be born with a fatal biology, a perfect storm of bad hormones and and poets brain.
What about the women that god said brains, and she thought he said trains.
stupid psycho bitches
and oscar mayer™ bologna
I wrote something about that.
got to put a link here>>>psycho bitches and stoopid men
I fear them, I go real slow when I have to be around them, , as if I feel distraught too, quiet myself speak care, nothing I can do to reach them, not much communication going on a lot of noise to signal, so I try not to say or do anything to make her more nervous. and try not let her see how nervous she is making me, and then back on out of there
