bike ride rained out left me with,
the going nowhere fast blues

down three pounds last week, about 20 still to go

studio eight diet is angst-free, no gluten fruity veggie(I love them Steamers™) and with occasional decadent descents into Lean Cuisine™
and a can opener. Can't do this diet without a good quality can operner. come to think of I can't think of anything that is not in my diet except for doughnuts, but I got organic whole wheat with flax seed frozen waffles so I don't miss them that much
coffee lots of coffee, good coffee, mr coffee and a kuerig i use both of them to make it through the day.

rained out today
cooking all day
well I was eating all day
baked an acorn squash, steamed vegetables
lots of HEB heart healthy bread™

Bummed five cigarettes from the bear
when he was a young man his biker friends called him "Bear"
married now to my little sister
I am so grateful she has a husband, she is a woman who needs a man, one who will drive her crazy, and she can take care of him,
Watched Gunsmoke today, Matt Dillion reminds me of my beloved brother in law

I feel like I had a paleolithic childhood

I read The Geneology of Morals the way those TV preachers read the Bible

I should read the Bible more,
always worth the effort.
but I listen to gospel music
ain't no reason to deny it' Hold on to Jesus Christ

It’s about choosing joy.
still dieting, fish, steamed vegetable, heart healthy bread and stuff like that.
down ten pounds '

That ain't the way to have fun, son

I am eating the right things but I am cooking them wrong way.

the bona fide blues and the rock and roll truth

I am grateful for days
that I keep my gratitude higher than my expectations
I have really good days
is that too much to ask>

still cluttered up to my ass
still hanging on
but waiting to descend suddenly into decrepitude'

I got the homesick road sick blues

I made a pot of what was in the fridge soup today, a huge pot, last me days, had to freeze some.
