May 1948

and living was easy
in the year 1984

the English army had won the war
and back in the USSR we were all driving new cars

And I still remember a day in May
when I was seven years old
and the Messiah has come
the Jews could go home
again
but I had no place to go cause I was already home
like the Jew with the Iron Cross on the 'Ship of Fools' —KAP
