Just you and me

Commiserate with logic
I can almost see the sense
the sanity sought there
But it's an affliction
a disease
find common ground
then lurk there
Not for me, damn it
Not for me
It begins to rain
I dash indoors
I don't stay
where I want to be
I do
what I've always done
what's expected of
me
If I took your hand
then it's because
I chose that path
I chose your love
and there's no right
and there's no wrong
and there's no crime
no guilty of
Just you and me
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

This one seems to have two meanings and i wonder if the choice to take that hand was ours or what was expected of us. Again, losing sight of who we really are.

love lots
Deb.

When I look at myself I wear the old magnifiers...gotta zoom in on all the faults...but sometimes I wear shades, that's when I may need someone else's bird's eye view.

Someone can take my limp hand I'll usually allow it. If I take someone's hand it's because I choose to hold it.

Most things have two meanings...or more...or less...it can be quite ambiguous...can't it.

I appreciate your reading and your thoughts.
