ever think about the word look
how silent it is
holding so much within it's l and k
oo oo oo

ook I'm a schnook

yet
look to me
see my centering

***

Look

I suppose I'm shriveling away
as it was meant to be
after birth, not that I know what that means
all that's left invisible entity
try, fail, wonder
at all the jelly beans
counted
all the flavors, colors wanted
skipping free two beats at a time
how I flaunted the best of me
and digging toward the center
came up green

budding forth ever present urge
to slip hands into seams
of delicate soul
soothe intermittent life
into dreams
of spectacular magnitude

counter balance
on the scale the thumb
slides it's weight toward you
value worth
umpteen

still I pine for
unseen hopes to
intervene

strip naked
mount
and surge
into me

***

I looked mousey
beautiful poem
touched home

if you don't mind
I suppose I'm shriveling away
as it was meant to be
shriveling
To become or make much less or smaller; dwindle
not invisible yet
but of less and less import
to my vanity
working on being a dust bunny
in space time continuum
a pebble in the wash

"micro-blip of human consciousness" thank you mnaz

centered in my being
rolling free
with a slight wobble
I call my death wish
