Isn't it a lovely tune? It lulls me into a gentle mood.

My notion here is to
correspond silently
and perhaps with no words at all.
For the pressure is off.
One can commune silently
if one so desires.
In whatever manner one chooses.
The voice gone silent;
but still "the dude abides".

Just walked in
closed the door behind me
and leaned back into it,
to stay far enough away to
take the whole of ya in.

It's very nice to see you again, mousey.

I smile.

We shall lean back together
the ebb and the flow of the wave that wanes
and then grows stronger again.

And even if it makes no sense
that does not mean that it
still doesn't need to be said
or not said.

From the sublime to the ridiculous
and back again.

Nice to see you, SadLuckDame.

Maybe I can lure myself out...
just maybe.

The verdict awaits.

A perfect day for
curling up by the computer and Image
gathering with friends
or quasi friends;
because it's a bear out there
the wind would curl your toes
and send shivers up your back.

I am delighted in this
the first beginnings of my day
each blessing happily counted.

Is anyone
anyone?
Out there?

Help me decide...
red or pink
and then I'll be all golden.

Here's a smismile from me

I love that Simon & Garfunkle song! .... and the other videos you're posting.

I love the title of this thread and the idea of conversations.

Everything is dangling over here.
The leaves from the trees, grey clouds
covering a clear blue sky somewhere
miles above. A dove coos in heaven
and here I am below, battling hell
with every weapon I know, but my
mind's been screwed by an insane
rapist, and in between my ears, I hear
the sounds of percussive banging.
I was thinking of hanging myself
by the big oak branch, but thought
it not a good idea, after all since
dangling is most likely not my call
and if I were to fall, my bones would
break, my neck would crack, for goodness
sake, and then I'd spend the rest of my days
paralyzed and quadriplegic so instead I'll
just take an analgesic. I'll continue
dangling 'til the moon rises still
and fill my time with conversation
in hopes of reviving a severed relation.

This is nothing new, it's not new fangled.
But I often wonder if I'm the only one dangled?
