Crash and Burn

I could almost fall into you
a crash landing of sorts
no parachute
an empty billowing will flapping helplessly
backwards swan dive
with a full face gainer pancake twist
Splat
You're not supposed to step back
Hold still
Catch me
but...
well...
you've always been a comedian
we both laugh at that
catch the humour
every day
is a good day
for laughing out loud
I should have fallen sooner
