My new glasses

New glasses
one pair for reading
one pair for staring
and one pair for looking at you
they're not rose colored either
my delicious eye teaser
they're an icey blue
incandescent
star studded mottley hue
of gorgeous
I perch them high on my nose
and peer through them
favourably
I keep them polished
and shining
glistening wet
and I wear them in moments
of alone time sex
and wandering paths
where no one else has roamed
where did I get them
you might ask
found
delightfully found by accident

Glasses fogged up ...

Waiting for a delightful accident myself.

I think you've found something here
these poems of yours
unfolding

foggy glasses
ain't it grand when the fog clears
and you can actually see
something worth looking at

here's to happy accidents

I clean my glasses often
and I still see stars
got a case of
milkyway eyes

a story unfolding
with a capital
y

but I know y

Waiting for the bright light that will burn of the fog ,
and clear my eyes.

It's not always a bright light though A-one

sometimes it's just a gentle glow that you have to look hard to see

but I know what you mean

here's to the clear view ahead!

misty eyed
on a rainy day
the soft glow of tail lights in the mist
my new glasses are tri-focals
past, present and pluperfect
do I see so clearly

don't mean nothing
such a beautiful late morning in early september
my windows all open for the first time in months
a good day to have a pal to pitch too.

It hasn't rained here in it seems like months...I am misty-eyed for it.

Choked from smoke blowing across the border line I really could use a breath of fresh air.

pitch on pal, pitch on, you are always welcome in my mousey lair.
