captifying photo of a master...
where did you get it?
could you please credit
the photographer?

or is it a promotional photo you found somewhere?
If that's the case and you don't know who the photographer is, please provide a link to where you found the photo on the web.

thank you!
:)

Here it is.

Image

It's a professional photo by Arnold Newman and is even sold as art prints.

Here's where people can purchase a print

A little promo for the photographer.

:)

Great shot!

several weeks ago in hospital
a man wanted to take off his t-shirt
i was helping him with the IV lines
pull it off then unlock the lines from the pump
slip it out and then he was free.

his wife was nagging him to put on another.
he protested.
i said, all in spanish,
"you look like picasso!"
with his bare chest, i meant.
he said, "picasso is an artist."
and he wasn't, he meant.
he smiled, his wife sighed,
he stayed bare chested
like pablo in his golden age
basking in sunlight
in his perfume factory studio's
open patio.

no matter, after all
that night he turned for the worse,
went to intensive care
to soften his demise
and ease his wife's vigilant sweet sadness
and his smile became ephemeral,
yet brought back here
by the underground stream.

yo ho ho an a bottle of rum om[/color]
