Update: Should have printed hard copies of the CD available, hopefully with full color CD Sleeves, perhaps by the end of July, beginning of August. Will keep you posted. Thanks for loving our little Aardvark! :)

I just put two songs from my new EP into a blind scientific "hit potential" computer algorithm, like on the show Numbers, and it determined that one of them "Magic" was a "Platinum top charting hit (8.9)" & the other "Happy" could also be a hit with full-band version ... Should we believe the science? :),

Watch a video about it from the TV shows Numbers ...

"I like most of the original songs I've written, but other than with The Good Woman Waltz CD, all my prior releases feature some good songs & some really nice performance highlights, but with each of them either the song grouping, or recording quality issues, or even the occasional song choice or performance always left something to be desired. But with "Aardvark" it's just different - I feel something coming. I just listened again after not hearing it for a month or so, and I really like this collection of songs, the packaging, & the presentation. It's not 'perfect' by any means, but every song is good, they each mean something, & they all flow really well one into the next!"

"God bless my little Aardvark - may her legs take her all over the world!"

I have 100 little baby Aardvarks that need a home - they're so cute, rolling around on the floor, all looking up and cooing at me!

Won't you adopt one?

Please! :)

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey ... I've got 100 cute little Aardvarks that need homes ... but this one needs a baby-sitter temporarily ... she's pretty low maintenance, ... just requires listening ... you don't even have to talk back or feed her or change her little diaper ... think you might be able to watch her for 20 minutes or so? ... anyway, here she is:

Thanks!
Beth

Funny - my twins Abby & Bella are talking to all the little Aardvarks & totally buying into the little Aardvark a cute baby pet theory - they love the little Aardvarks! Did you know 2 little Aardvarks put up to your face look like big eyeballs? ... they're like, if the Aardvarks keep saying bad words, maybe we're gonna have to put them in time-out after they get done singing! :)

Too cute .... AAAhhhhhhh! :)

----------------------------------

Gave the girls all the plastic CD shaped CD spacers - so they're calling them they're little baby Koala Bears & having so much fun making them spin & dance on the floor, & trying to get them to roll! ... They're all like little sisters & brothers - they're just a few days old & the reflect rainbows from the Sunlight! Too cute!

Did you know the baby Aardvarks all sleep on top of each other? :),

The baby Aardvarks are talking! They're so cute! Wont' you adopt an Aardvark?...Their little noses are shaped like big hooks! They love to spin, be petted & polished, & you can even get them to roll around on the floor! They do need to be cleaned occasionally. These baby Aardvarks are so much fun! Now they do occasionally say a few bad words, but they're babies & don't know better! ... won't you take one home! :)

For more information on how to adopt your own baby Aardvark or even if you just want to hear what they sound like ... go here: http://www.studioeight.tv/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=16212

Cute Sesame Street video of the Aardvarks & their theme song!

"I'm an Aardvark, and I'm proud, I'm an Aardvark, and I am happy, ... I'm an Aardvark, & I'm feeling quite terrific, ... I'm an Aardvark, fierce & free, I'm an Aardvark, standing bravely, I'm an Aardvark, and I'm tough & smart & strong, ... I'm an Aardvark, and I'm always right, and that's the way I'll always be!!!"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDJe4gmxlbI

And that is the whole point of the Aardvark concept - celebration of the weird, yet proud & very interesting! ... and that's the idea behind the name of my new EP ... I feel like an Aardvark - my music is an Aardvark ... and this Sesame Street song captures the whole theme quite nicely ... maybe I should start playing this recording before each of my shows! ... Anyway, here's the link to listen to or adopt your own baby Aardvark:

http://www.studioeight.tv/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=16212

So how cool is that ... my Aardvark EP has it's own Sesame Street theme song!!! ... It even fits the whole motif & concept of the EP! ... Special thanks to my friend Patricia (who did her college thesis on Sesame Street) for remembering the song & turning me on to it! ... This totally rocks! I'm loving it!

... and (everybody now) "I'm an Aardvark, and I'm proud!"
