Morning Muse

Post by Doreen Peri » January 6th, 2010, 4:07 pm

I woke up this morning with one of the most brilliant poems I have not yet written running through my head. It was a beautiful work of art!

By the time I got up and got ready for my day it was gone. Poof! Non-existent. I'm hoping it will come back. That was the best poem I've ever lost.

The one that got away eh?

Well I hope it swims this way! I'll plagiarize it! And know one will ever know! :P
I used to walk with my head in the clouds but I kept getting struck by lightning!
Now my head twitches and I drool alot. Anonymouse

Morning Muse
That's how I woke up this morning too
but the feeling lingers
the feeling of well being
from a good night's sleep

it was sweet litttle poem and all I managed to get down before it went "poof"
was this:

Code: Select all

Woke up this morning to the absence of pain
There was a train but no pain
