Salta... i had to google that one, Arcadia. very nice place and they say the weather is very good.. a nice place to live.

is this picture taken on the train to Salta?

google it, you´ll love it!! But at more than 4.000 metros the air is very cold, jaja!!. Salta is an interesting provincia, also has selva and humid wheater in some parts. In some aspects, somehow a different world in the same country for a person from el litoral!!.
And yes, the photo was taken in the called "Tren a las nubes". It doesn´t work since 1995. You can also do the more or less same camino with 4x4 but visiting the little pueblos of the cordillera.
