yeah too bad about SRG
But I think she was only a personality prototype
I am sure her creator will be back with a new heroine for us guys.

I can't touch that

I think I knew rita when she was having trouble pulling her weight
she wasn't no slacker
she was a man sized woman with man sized arms
and she was a worker
but her teamster brothers were letting her down

55 gallon paint drums weigh about seven hundred pounds she could not tilt them up on their edge and roll them onto the dock.

No man could either, at least not by trying to push them up on their edge
takes a trick, a sudden kind of snap kind of like a kung fu move or something.
they laughed at her
I showed her how,
she gave the sweetest smile
a valuable woman
a teanster sister
yeah
the international motherhood of brother fuckers
I should have got a withdraw card.

have you ever heard the guy clark song
barrell jumping rita ballou
love that song
first thought when I read your excellent poem

never heard it or guy clark, least that i can remember. don't know why people seem to be allergic to the poem. they are lacking working class sensibilities. ii thought it would make a good lesbian feminist anthem, but what do i know?

no shit constantine
liked it a lot
i used to have a friend
a sweet woman with a fierce heart, a warriors heart
I told her I was thinking of using the DD Sock puppet
as a homage to some women truckers I have met
she could not believe I was that stupid not to see the stereotyping
I convinced her I was that stupid
Later when I googled diesel dyke I saw what she meant

maybe the best female friend I have ever had on the net
she did not spit on me when all the women or most of the women on litkicks wanted to piss on my grave. Not that I did not have it coming.

When I graduated high school homeboy told me "you will think you have a hundred friends when you are fresh out of school, but truth is you are lucky to make one true friend in your life" not a verbatim quote but something like that. Jeez there was a guy here a friend of LR, Mr.Troll, great singing voice, I am musicFanatic, even if I don't hardly get it but he invited me to be a friend on his myspace page, jesus h christ supprising how many women want to send me pictures now, men too. I have never been so popular in my life.

What the fuck was I talking about
oh
Rita Swag
Liked it constantine, if it was a limirick than it was the best one I have read in ages,

but I still say it is poem
& I know all about peotry
I can even spell it.
