pins

This is Constantine's artlog. He posted his poems in his own artlog forum for several years. He named the forum "Constantinople" and described it as "A byzantine journey through life's labyrinth."

pins

Post by constantine » May 16th, 2009, 4:20 pm

thought i'd hit the alleys
roll a few numbers
i like the feeling of power
when the ball smashes into the pins
chain reaction
my own bikini atoll
i saw her at the counter
white shorts, creased
pink cashmere sweater
rack em up
the boys were shooting nine ball
crazy pocket action
spins and bank jobs
there's always a shot
i followed her to the parking lot
blacktop asphalt
crushed glass sparkling
like a milky way in hell
i held the door open
