come with me to the ziggurat
my mastaba, cozy - built for two
we can lie on top - underneath
but on the steps will do
by the hoary breasts of astarte
the mountebanque of montmartre
is calling you-oo-oo-oo-oo-oooo
these oo-oo's are like her breasts
but without the nipples

I wait to be forgotten along with
The lost people, the dark people

I walk around looking for wet cement so I can write my initials on it like the guy who incised graffiti on the ziggurat when it was being built.

I want a legacy too

I read it and was going to reply, but all I could think of was an emoticon
:)
I had No idea what it was about but it made me smile
Thank you

It should be written on carbon nickel steel so it will last for the ages.

you remember the movie with nelson eddy and jeaneatte mcdonald - the mountie one? with the song - when i'm calling you - if you do remember, now is the time to forget it. no underlying meaning - except as an indicator of my own perverse nature.

C: if you do remember, now is the time to forget it.

NS: Some fine things, such as that scene and that song, can never be forgotten.

Besides, if I remember to forget, then I haven't really forgot.

Liked the "oo-oo" breasts very much, C!
