kafeneion

This is Constantine's artlog. He posted his poems in his own artlog forum for several years. He named the forum "Constantinople" and described it as "A byzantine journey through life's labyrinth."

you know what I hate?
this feeling that I will never walk the streets of Fells Point again. How the hell do I know anything. After all these years of clicking my ruby red heels together I still don't want to give up this feeling of not knowing what is next. I think I know so much, that is why I am a freak for poetry, for words, I still believe they are magic and I really will win the lottery, find true love, sail around the world alone, write like Kerouac, I am tired of reading the writng on the wall

Man I may be having too much fun

I hate emoticons they are such chick things.
Poets are like cowboys
they always make me a little nervous
genuis don't neccessarily make for good guys
shit look at Bukowski
and Heidegger

Nietzsche was a good guy I am sure of it.
a little wacked but still a good guy

I worry I should try to sound hip
you are not as feisty as rev rabbit
but still I never know how you will take me
better than I take myself
probably
but if we were to be friends as if this was facebook

I hope Travis McGee was right about a friend being someone who you can say any tomfool thing to and still remain friends
Yeah who am I sto say
next year in Jeruselam or mule shoe texas maybe
will crack open a bottle of a cheap rose' and chew the fat face to face
